According to some users, Bookleberry.com has filed Chapter 11 Bankruptcy, and it would probably be a pretty bad idea to be sending them books at this point
This website seems to be fairly broken when trying to submit an order. They have been removed from comparisons on this site since you can't actually complete an order on their site.

Jul 2011 | Bookleberry offered to buy a book, I sent them the book, but they refuse to pay me. They claim that I sent them a different book than what they agreed to buy. Their policy does state that if they receive a different book, or one that is damaged, they will not pay for it or return it, and I understand that; however, I did not send a different book! I only have one copy of that textbook and my quote was based on the ISB number, so there is no way I could have sent the wrong book. My request for proof and my offer to send a return shipping label have been ignored. The way I see it, what would stop them from just "claiming" you sent the wrong book in order not to pay you? Very frustrating. |

Jul 2011 | I too received a check from Bookleberry for $105.57 and it was returned by my bank. I was also charged a $12 returned item fee. When I sent email to customer service at Bookleberry, the email did not go through - I got an error that said OOOOOPS! Try again. Of course when I tried again, it did not go through either. Isn't there some way to get in touch with these people to get our money back? What a crock!!! |

Jul 2011 | UPDATE!!!! BookleBerry just emailed me that they have filed for Chapter 13! Those that have received and deposited their checks before the filing were cashed, but those unlucky ones (me included) will have to wait weeks, maybe even months, before any results. We may be out of luck! If this is true then their website should not be up and running! They are practically stealing people's books! Any lawyers out there? Class action suit? |

Jul 2011 | Sold my book to them. It took over a month for them to receive the book. Then, they did not send a check until I emailed them questioning where my check was. They replied that they have just received the book and will cut a check. I received the check and deposited it. The check did not go through and the bank charged me. Now I'm trying to get a hold of these people and trying to get my money back for the book and the bank charge! Highest prices listed online, but poor service and now feels like a scam! Zero Stars! |

Jun 2011 | I didn't have a problem using this website. Their prices were the best for many of my books. After reading the poor reviews on this site, I felt weary of using this site but I took a chance and sent in the books... that is because other sites were offering close to nothing for these books, so that must say a lot to what I got from bookleberry. Customer service got back to me quickly on my inquiries and the site was SO easy to use. Free shipping on my books and I got my check in less than 3 weeks. I definitely think bookscouter should give this site a 2nd chance. |

Aug 2010 | Sold back two books last semester and got the check right away (like, 10 days or so I think). I also noticed they were paying higher prices than other sites. Just bought an accounting book from them yesterday and got an email it shipped today. |
