They did not honor the price they quoted which were in like new condition. They did send them back, which is why I actually give them 2 stars. At no point did I get any notification that they were not going to honor their quote or that they would be sent back. Their entire conduct is completely unprofessional. |

| Jan 2012 | I sent several orders at a quoted price and received substantially less. I called to inquire when, after sending a large number of brand new books, they reduced the quoted amount by 33%. The first explanation that they gave made no sense and I pointed that out and then the manager completely changed her story and gave me a second, equally incoherent, response. They generally quote higher than their competitors but now I understand why: they simply pay a lower price. I also send several orders that they claimed that they did not receive. These people are not reputable and I do not advise doing business with them. | |

| Feb 2011 | They quoted me a great price (5.16) for a book. I sent it in absolute, brand-new condition. I received a check for 1.16 5 Weeks after i sent the book. No explanation as to why. I deal with other companies, and have never ever encountered this kind of problem. Other companies can be picky, but I believe their judgments are fair. I will never use this site. | |

It's such bull, they just want you to forget about the check and take your books so they can re-sell them. The reviews that were 5 star and claim it was really good service is bull also. I sent two books back to etextshop.com with their prepaid mailing label. after 4 weeks I didn't receive my check so I emailed them. Their response was: (As per our last email correspondence, the books that were sent in for order #46557 were evaluated as defective and there was no payment issued for this order.) I still don't have my books back or my money. I will never deal wtih this company again. |

| Jun 2010 | I had a very undesirable experience with this company! I used their pre-paid label, but I also purchased delivery confirmation at the post office. The book was delivered in 5 days. After 2 weeks I called the customer service number to see if the book had been processed. The lady that I spoke with said that the book was never received. I told her that I had purchased delivery confirmation and that it said the book was delivered. She still insisted that the book was not received. After reading other reviews on this website, I decided to file a claim with the Utah BBB. Magically, 1 day after I filed a claim with the BBB, I received an e-mail stating that my book was received and a check would be processed. If you deal with this company, be prepared to file a claim with the BBB in order to get your money!!! |
