	Apr 2012	I decided to give this company a chance selling my books instead of amazon. Overall I'm very disappointed at the phone service. Email costumer service seems efficient. I still haven't received my check as promised (within 7 days) and now I'm noticing that this happens a lot. I wonder what their reasons are...? I will not use this service again, I wouldn't recommend it unless u have a paypal account aparently.

	Apr 2012	I recently sent a shipment of 10 copies of the same book. First Class lowered the price on 5 copies despite quoting the full price for all 10. They said customers are supposed to read their FAQ page before shipping more than 5 copies. I say they should put that information on their homepage or on the quote. FirstClassBooks.com Response: When you submit a quote from our website and you enter more than 5 as a quantity for any one title, an alert comes up just above the quote in a highlighted yellow area stating, "You must send an email to customer service and get permission to sell more than 5 copies of a book. Otherwise, payment may be reduced." We apologize for any confusion that this may have caused if this wasn't clear. Thanks!
	Apr 2012	Hands down the best no if and or butts. I send them thousands of dollars of books each month and have had no issues. Give the most for there books and have nothing negative thing to say. Had issues with payment and they resolved it with no issues, and the problems were with pay pale.

	Apr 2012	Have now used FirstClassBooks.com a couple of times to sell books, and in both cases had their payment in my PayPal account within a week, for the agreed upon price and without the PayPal fees. I also like that you're given a choice of shipping vendor between USPS and FedEx and that you can purchase insurance through USPS on their site (and they'll do the filing of the claim for you if it comes to that).
	Apr 2012	First Class sums it up. Over the last 6 months I have sent them approximately 30 shipments totaling several hundred books. I have not had one problem. I do what I promise - send them good quality books, well packed and shipped within the requested time period. They do what they promise - send me money. Works just the way a good business is supposed to.
	Mar 2012	I have used FirstClassBooks.com twice to sell unsolicited examination copies of brand new textbooks including “Instructor’s Review Copy.” The first time, they sent me the payment lightening fast via Paypal one day after they received the shipment. The second time, they took a week to pay me via Paypal after they received the books, but still paid me the top prices as originally quoted. (No Paypal fees on my part for both payments.) So far, I am very satisfied with their service, and I will continue to use them.
	Mar 2012	First Class Books, second class service. They received both of the books in my buyback at the time time, two copies of the came book in the same condition. Paid me quoted price for one, and reduced the payment of the other by $4. I wrote them, asking for an explanation. no response.

They kept me updated with the status of my buyback and payment was fast! At first, I am not sure about them because they are not as big as the other companies out there. But now I can say they are trustworthy :)
	Dec 2011	Strange that the previous reviewer would ship more books in September if he had not been paid for a shipment in May. I have found that if I ship good quality books, well packed, to FCB, they keep me in the loop with emails and pay on time.

	Sep 2011	The fact that they didn't update my account when they supposedly received the books (I was tracking them) made me thought this was a scam. Also, the webpage does not look very reliable. But the service ended up being great! I did get an email after a couple of days saying my ordered had been processed and I received my check within a week (which I deposited already). The check had a hand-written signature, which is rare these days. This is probably a small company but they do great business. Simple and reliable. Competitive prices. I'm definitely using it again.
	Sep 2011	Though Amazon offered a few dollars more, they required that it be a credit to their site for another purchase and I wanted the cash. I got my quote on 8/25/11, mailed it with the free ship label the following day. My check for the quoted amount was dated 9/2/11 (I did spring for the $1.75 insurance)and was postmarked 9/3/11. I will definatly bookmark FirstClassBooks and bookscouter.com for the next four years! Thanks!

	Jul 2011	I sent books to 8 companies on 7/20/11. FirstClass was the first to pay me via Paypal on 7/25/11 (on a Monday. I guess they must work weekends there). Wow, that was fast! It was only $15 of books but they paid what they quoted for all 4 books. Because of this, I am going to try them for some larger sales now. Unfortunately, they don't seem to accept a lot of books and they get beat by a lot of the bigger companies on price. So we shall see.
	Jul 2011	I was very dissapointed with this service. I buy and sell books online frequently. I did not receive an almost one hundred dollar check after three weeks and called the company. I understand that complications happen but the lady I talked to (who did not even answer the phone with the name of the business) was very short with me about the fact that the check was not yet "lost." I DO understand this information and was polite throughout the entire conversation but felt like she thought I was being dumb. SHe also snapped at me when I asked what day it would officially be "lost" (so she could cancel and reissue) and told me she would deduct the amount from my payment and cancel and reissue the check early. THis is not what I wanted and told her I would call back (when she finally gave me the date). It still did not come and again the lady with customer service was short and not friendly. I am not a rich person, I am a penny pinching college student and when a hundred dollars is up in the air i feel like i have the right to be concearned and would like to be appreciated for my business. I will not be using First Class Books again.

When I called in to customer service they responded by saying they only received half the shipment. Despite this problem, I was never contacted. I will be placing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This is unacceptable. Until now I've been using Chegg and Amazon. I'll be going back to businesses I can trust to reimburse their customers for LARGE AMOUNTS OF FUNDS.
	Jun 2010	I rated firstclassbook 5 stars. I sent the book by USPS in within 4 days and got paid one day after they received, less than 1 week to receive the money with exactly quoted. It is great. However, I had to pay for paypal fee about $3.00 for request money option. I really don't know I had to use this option or not b/c this is the 1st time to sell book online and get paid from paypal, so I followed the Paypal's instruction. $3.00 is not big deal to me b/c I got paid $82.00; but it will be a little bit disappointed if somebody gets paid with a small amount.

	May 2010	Great site! I did my research and this site paid more for 5 of my 7 books, and the two that weren't the highest price were only off by less than $5 combined! I was quoted for 7 books, but right before I sent them, I decided to keep one, so I emailed FCB telling them I was only sending 6. They emailed me back immediately saying this would not be a problem, and just to expect the deduction from the original amount quoted. Once they received my books I had my check, in the full expected amount, within 3 days (from Arkansas to Massachusetts!). Excellent excellent excellent!!! A+++++
	May 2010	First Class Books changed my buy back price and mailed me a check without contacting me first to let me know of a problem with my book. I chose them in the first place because they had the highest buy back price for my book which was in like new condition. I am still waiting on a response from customer service, but I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN! I will go back to Chegg.com.

I will absolutely use them again in the future to sell books! ALSO, they quoted me the highest rate (even higher than the outfit I had originally purchased the textbook from)!
