When I did, I immediately heard from them saying that they could not contact me because there was a different name on the packing slip inside the box. 	Mar 2012	Two years and a couple thousands dollars worth of shipments with very few issues. Send in books in "good" or better condition and you will be paid in full every time. They don't pay quite as much as Moola4Books usually, but unlike the latter (which we stopped using awhile back), there are no hassles and payment is always timely.
	Mar 2012	They came through for me, but I was a bit scared because they said they paid me for my books via paypal two days before they actually paid me, and it seemed like they weren't going to. Their website is sparse with little recourse on what to do. However, they did eventually pay the full quoted amount, so I can't complain too much.

	Mar 2012	I recently sent two boxes of books to BookJingle for a total payment of around $125. They accepted all the books and sent my PayPal payment quickly (I received the first payment about a week after I mailed the books). There were no fees or charges deducted by PayPal from my quoted payment amount, by the way. The only hitch was that one box of books was noted as having been checked in but the other wasn't until a couple of days later. For a little while, I was afraid one box had gotten lost. In the end, though, I'm very pleased. What BookJingle paid for the books was very fair and their service seems to run as expected. I'll use them again.
	Feb 2012	Sent $80.00 worth of books to this company. Never received any money from them and they claim they never received them. I suggestion if you have a lot of books to sell, like I did, just pay shipping yourself and then you can track when your books arrived, otherwise they can tell you anything. You have no proof! Will not use them anymore!!!

I procrastinated on mailing my books and once I finally mailed them I got my check in 3 business days. I was so impressed I had to come back and leave a review!! And the funny part is they weren't even books from last semester....they were books I was about to throw away but I figured I would check to see if anyone would buy them first and by a fluke I got $50 for some old books. I WILL use them again!

	Jul 2011	I recently used BookJingle for the first time and I am absolutely THRILLED with how promptly they processed and paid for my order. I noticed several of my books were being priced by both BookJingle and another company which I won't name in this review, but who has several negative reviews (including mine) about slow-as-molasses payment. Then I received an email saying their payments were about to get even slower due to a matter outside their control so I decided to sell elseswhere. Even though it cost me a buck or two to go with BookJingle, I am happy I made the tradeoff, as it took 9 days from shipping the box to receiving payment. Thank you!

	Jul 2011	We all know the drill...we use the Bookscouter service in order to eek out the most pennies we can for our books. Therefore, we end up scattering our books to many companies...and mistakes can happen. I mistakenly sent two orders for another company to this one. This company honored the other's price, paid me PROMPTLY, and included a personalized note to inform me of what had happened. WOW...AWESOME!!!

	Feb 2011	I sent bookjingle about 7 books and was not paid the full price they quoted. There was one book they paid NOTHING for because they claimed there was "water damage". The book was in fine used condition with no water damage at all. When I asked them to send me the book back they wanted to charge me postage/handling to return the book. They also deducted quite a bit for a missing book jacket. The book was in excellent condition, but missing the jacket. This I can somewhat understand, but to me, it is stealing to keep someone's book (in fine condition) and not pay a dime for it. I don't trust them and would not do business with them again.

	Dec 2010	I've used bookjingle.com a few times and this last time they completely ignored and never paid me for the most expensive book buyback - it was only $10. I sent them emails for an explanation as to why I was short changed, but I never got a response.

Book Jingle was the slowest to pay (eight days for Pay Pal) and had the least amount of communication (other companies let you know when they receive the books). However, they did pay the amount they promised and I would use them again since they bought books that the other companies were not buying.
	Oct 2010	I would strongly caution not to use BookJingle.com using paypal. They will send money in a way that paypal will charge you fees so that you will not get all your money due to you. BookJingle has ignored my emails to them. All the other site send money through paypal in a way that will charge you no fees so that you do receive all the money due to you.
