In addition, they do not save the tracking number/fedex label that you print so you have no proof that the books were even sent. I am pretty sure they do this on purpose. The only way to keep the tracking number of the label is to write it manually somewhere. They do not retain the tracking numbers! What a joke.

They rec'vd my books on a Wednesday(per tracking #). 1 week went by and I still didn't have the payment in my PayPal account(they claim that they pay the next day!!). I e-mailed the customer service dept, no response. I called the company number, no answer. This company is a total scam. They get your books and then they do not pay!!! Do not use them!!!

I sent my books on Wednesday and had the FULL payment in my PayPal account by Friday. They pay the PayPal fee, so no worries about the 3% deduction. They are located in Birmingham, AL so the closer to Alabama you are the sooner they will rec've your books. I highly recommend this business!

I don't know if the mail was slow or if they were just being slow about paying. I emailed them twice during the waiting time, and did not receive a response until I was finally paid about a week later.
