Comment: Says they don't offer tracking. Won't tell you when or where, or how to receive the book you paid for. When it arrives, magically, by chance, it has a tracking label on it!

Comment: They canceled my order about a month after I placed it when I asked them why I hadn't received the order weeks ago. This was a textbook for a college course, by the way. Horrible experience with this site.
